This service is available in the following region(s):
Uplift Family Services has a history of providing counseling, behavior intervention services and other mental health services to students eligible for Special Education Services, students with 504 Plans and general education students to prevent them from requiring more intensive services.
We operate within the School-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS) framework to implement tiered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches and evidence-based interventions (e.g., Cognitive Behavior Therapy) to prevent behavioral problems, reduce the need for Special Education designation, and provide appropriate, cost-effective and timely linkage and services for students in need.
Within this framework, Uplift Family Services will work within the school’s system to support students, teachers and school administrators; use data to support decision-making; and implement function-based evidence-based practices to effectively support students and their families.
