Elena Judd, Ph.D., is a licensed Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist who has dedicated over 30 years of her professional career to child welfare and children’s mental health. Building on her early career experiences providing and supervising therapeutic services within residential and outpatient programs, Elena brings a wealth of experience operating multiple programs effectively and efficiently.

Her expertise includes integrating child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, and vocational services; grant writing and reporting for major funders including First 5: LA and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation; program development and implementation; budgeting; staffing; ongoing quality improvement including maintaining COA and CARF accreditation; leading improved access to care initiatives; providing clinical leadership in the implementation of an electronic healthcare record; developing and leading a CAPIC doctoral level internship program; and mentoring successful service providers and program leaders. She earned in doctorate in Clinical Psychology in June 1992 at the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.
