Hope Center | Uplift Family Services

Hope Center

The Hope Center offers programs and services specifically targeted to transition-age youth and young adults (TAY) ages 16 to 25. Many of these young adults are experiencing homelessness and may be suffering from untreated mental illness. Our drop-in center located in San Jose, California offers a safe haven for youth looking for hope and opportunities.

The Hope Center aims to support and empower youth to have the tools needed to be successful adults.

We offer an array of services such as: street outreach and engagement, peer support groups, mental health and healthcare services, education, laundromat, hot meals, substance use disorder treatment, transportation to and from the center, linkage to other services, housing assistance, and workforce development.
