Healing families. Strengthening communities.

Ranch Re-entry (Santa Clara County)

Ranch Re-entry planning support services last 60 days to adjudicate youth and their parents. This service assists Juvenile Probation Department efforts in ensuring that youth make a successful transition from secure probation ranch facilities back into the community. It provides engagement and planning to support success for the youth and safety in the community.

Services are culturally and linguistically competent. Re-entry planning is tailored to meet the specific needs of the youth and families. Services include safety planning, 24/7 crisis intervention and individualized domain development. At 60 days the youth will return home from the probation ranch facility and re-enter the community with an individualized plan for success.

How do youth receive services from this program?
The youth's probation officer must approve their participation for services and be 60 days from release from a Juvenile Probation Department ranch facility.
