Healing families. Strengthening communities.

Flexible Integrated Treatment (F.I.T)

Flexible Integrated Treatment (F.I.T.) is an outpatient mental health program that provides help to families with children and teens ages 0-20 who are struggling at home, school or in the community.

Through a thoughtful planning process, a counselor works in partnership with the family to create a plan to meet their goals for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health. Each plan is unique and is built upon the family’s strengths, values and culture. Community resources are gathered to help meet the identified needs of the family.

A plan may include the following services on an as-needed basis:

  • Therapy
  • Skill building
  • Help finding community resources
  • Support during crisis
  • Psychiatric medication management
