Healing families. Strengthening communities.

0-5 Services

Identifying and helping at-risk families with young children can prevent problems from spiraling out of control and becoming serious emotional disorders that surface years later. Therapeutic services are offered for emotional support and to help strengthen family systems by providing child/family centered therapy to improve communication and enrich relationships. Through home visitation services, we provide caregivers with tools to better understand their child's developmental stages, to foster positive behaviors, and to improve family relationships.  Uplift Family Services helps families nurture their children in the early years of life, through, parenting workshops, health care, dental care, mental health services, and more.

0-5 Services

The emotional, social, physical and intellectual environment that children experience in the earliest years of life has a lifelong impact on their future success and satisfaction in life. The 0-5 Services offer specialized prevention and early intervention services to identify and meet the unique needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers.

These services help build positive relationships between young children and their caregivers and lays the foundation for healthy social and emotional development, which reduces the risk of early childhood problems becoming serious emotional disorders later in life. The 0-5 Services offer a range of clinic, community and home-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique family, culture, strengths and needs. They are based on cutting edge research, theory and evidence-based practice in early childhood mental health and development.

All services are available in both Spanish and English. Find out more about about 0-5 Services.
